Products and Services

Currently on offer is tutoring for A Level Mathematics, A Level Further Mathematics, GCSE Mathematics. The Services are available for students who attend schools or colleges in and around Luton. You express your interest by sending an email via the Contact page on the Website. The email address you provide shall be used in the case of further correspondence, such as the details about how the service shall be run. You may be asked to attend an online video call via a mutually agreed platform before any Services can be agreed. Correspondence is then to take place over email. The address at which you wish to receive tutoring shall need to be provided via email. A mutually agreeable date and time shall be arranged via email for the in-person tutoring session(s) to take place; priority material to be covered in upcoming sessions may be provided by you at this time. The cost of an upcoming tutoring session shall be sent to you via email ahead of the session taking place; by you proceeding to accept the Services, you agree to pay the price you have been informed of. Your payment is expected to be made per tutoring session, within one week of the tutoring session taking place.

Refund policy

If you feel you have not received the Services which you have paid for, then you may contact via email. You must explain why you feel the Services did not meet your expectations and you may request a partial or full refund.

There is no guarantee that the Services shall result in any student receiving a higher grade. There is no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. No liability shall be accepted for any claims, losses, injury or damages suffered either directly or indirectly as a result of using the Website or using the Services, under any circumstances.
